Abstract

Education is one of the fundamental pillars of a nation's development, and teachers are a vital component of the education system. In Indonesia, teachers play a crucial role in shaping a high-quality future generation. However, teacher welfare remains an issue that is often overlooked.

This survey aims to provide an overview of the economic conditions and well-being of individuals working as teachers, covering the following dimensions: socio-economic conditions, welfare, knowledge of financial products and digital financial services, experiences using financial products and digital services, awareness of risks associated with financial products and digital services, financial management skills, and literacy regarding zakat.

To effectively address this issue, well-targeted and strategic distribution programs are necessary to prevent negative cases and ensure the prosperity of the people.
